About the Church Staff
Pastor Leonard Sissons
Pastor Sissons is our founding pastor and has been serving our church and community since 1983. His love for people can be seen through his passionate preaching, ministering to the sick, witnessing to those in prison, his soft but firm council to those that are struggling in life's trials and in his devotion to his Lord.
Youth Director Shane Richardson
Shane has been our Youth Director since 2005. Under his leadership the youth group first grew numerically and now they are growing Spiritually. He has instilled many of the youth with the desire to serve God and others while at the same time having a good time. He has also developed a paint ball ministry with his youth in which they use as a tool to reach lost kids for Christ.

Music and Bus Director William Jesky
William graduated from Heartland Baptist Bible College in May 2009 with a pastors Major and has been over our bus and music ministries since 2008. Though he did not go to school to lead a choir and considers himself an amateur in the music field he has none the less challenged and helped develop our choir and music groups to sing better and to attempt more challenging uplifting conservative songs.
The Bus Ministry has also done well under his leadership. When he first came we were only running one bus and only a few people visited or called the kids that rode. We now run three buses have more helpers and a bus worker visits each child every Saturday.

Reformers Unanimous Director B.J. Rymer
Bro. Joe was a missionary to our military personnel for 20 years and a church planter and intern pastor for six years before becoming the Midwest City R.U. Chapter Director in 2008. His passion and goal of this addictions program is to help people and families get rid of addictions, stubborn habits, and anything that may be stifling their lives and to show them how Christ can renew and create a fuller life than what they could have had on their own.

Discovery Program Director Dustin Isom
Dustin grew up at Victory and, after actively working with the Discovery program, became the director in 2009. His passion is to see the young children saved and to grow spiritually through this program.
Sunday School Director Berry Jones
Barry has been the Sunday School Director since 2009. He coordinates with the Sunday school teachers and helpers with attendance and Sunday school promotions. He is also the teacher for the Young Adult Singles Class.
Outreach and Media Director John Young
I graduated from Heartland Baptist Bible College in May 2008 with a pastors Major and have been the Outreach and Media Director since 2007. My job is to create and distribute material and develop avenues for the church that can be used to inform the public about the services we offer to our community. My goal is to bring people to Christ and our local church by showing them what we have available.
